Yes! today i tried bake sponge cake. hehehe…. very nice oooo…. ^o^

Ingredients:
180g Sponge Cake Mix
45ml Water
3 Eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
45g butter (melted)

- Preheat Oven to 180C, prepare a 7 inch bake tin with greaseproof paper.
- Beat sponge cake mix, water and eggs with high speed until fluffy (ard 7mins), then turn low speed and add in vanilla essence and melted butter and mix well.
- Spread batter into bake tin and bake for 30mins.

Easy right? everything done within an hour.

Craving for cheese cake after read online recipes, wanted to try bake a cheese cake by my own. Bought ingredients and bakeware on Friday evening.

Sat morning, weighting and mixing all the ingredients and baked in preheat oven for 1hour. it’s soooo easy !!! althought it is not yummy as restaurant standard, haha… but my hubby n son are quite like it..

Ingredients:
10 graham crackers, crushed
20g butter, melted
595g cream cheese
200g white sugar
120ml milk
3 eggs
155g sour cream / yogurt
10ml vanilla extrace
20g all-purpose flour
